Fairfield Families
On a Thursday Morning we run a session for families. This is a fantastic opportunity for parents and carers to meet together and learn more about school life, additionally external people are invited to attend and share information. The session is carefully planned and we are all looking forward to some amazing events ahead. Sessions are very informal and we enjoy time to chat together and support each other. Please see the attached timetable.
We always welcome new families and are excited to hear ideas from parents for forthcoming sessions. We want our families to be part of the school and this is a great way to work together

12.10.2023 | Craft Session This is a fun session where we can enjoy refreshments and make crafts together. |
09.11.2023 | The Nurse Team The opportunity to develop a deeper understanding around some of the medical issues that pupils may experience. |
07.12.2023 | The Positive Looking Team Gwynn McCormack works to provide teaching and ideas for children who have visual needs. (TBC) |
12.01.2024 | Parent Support Group (PCAN) A specialist group that supports families. |
08.02.2024 | Intensive Interaction This is run by one of the professionals in school and will be around sharing good practice. |
14.03.2024 | Forest School and Outdoor learning at school This session will focus on the many elements that surround outdoor learning and the benefits it can have for pupils at school. |

18.04.2024 | The Continence Team This will provide an opportunity to discuss practical ways to manage continence issues. |
